Fr. Bob Vidal is the pastor emeritus at St. Anne.  His desire to become a priest began as early as grade school and he began his priestly formation at Queen of Angels high school seminary in San Fernando, CA.  Then he continued on to complete his undergraduate studies at St. John’s Seminary College and eventually finished his graduate studies at St. John’s Theological Seminary.   He was ordained to the priesthood on April 30, 1966 and served in various parishes for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.  He then transferred to the Diocese of Orange when it was first established in 1976 during which he was assigned as pastor of our parish of St. Anne until his retirement in 2015.  Fr. Bob celebrated his 50th Anniversary to the priesthood in 2016.
